Cheating and Botting

You must not use any sort of unauthorised automation software such as cheating or botting tools to interact with BoxBot's services (API, Discord bot, etc). In addition, you must not take advantage of any bugs or exploits. Any such unintended outcome should instead be privately reported so that it can be fixed and not abused.

Real Money Trading (RMT)

In-game items and currency must not be sold, purchased, or exchanged for real-world money or value outside of official means such as the official BoxBot web store for buying premium credits.

Impersonation

You must not impersonate any BoxBot-connected person (including but not limited to staff members and players). This includes the unauthorised access to their account(s) or misleading other people into believing you are them or are somehow affiliated with them.

Chargebacks

When purchasing something from BoxBot, you will pay all of the fees agreed to when making the purchase. This means that you cannot, for example, contact your payment provider/processor falsely notifying them that you did not authorise the purchase. Any payment disputes should be discussed with BoxBot staff members. When making a purchase, you agree that you own the payment method (such as credit or debit card, PayPal account, etc) being used for the payment or that you have been given express permission by the owner to make the payment (for example if using a parent's credit or debit card).

Terms of Service Violations

Any violations of the terms of service may result in:

• a temporary suspension to the offending BoxBot account.
• a permanent termination to the offending BoxBot account, as well as any other BoxBot accounts belonging to the offender.
• the removal or deletion of virtual items or currency from your BoxBot account.

User Data Storage

By agreeing to the terms of service and using BoxBot, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and storage of certain information about you - specifically your Discord ID and username. This information is used solely for verifying your identity, ensuring access to our service, and keeping track of BoxBot-related digital goods (your BoxBot currencies and items). This information is not used for commercial purposes and is not shared with third-parties outside of those necessary to operate (e.g. if you authorise with a third-party website or app that makes use of BoxBot's API).
